During or immediately following each Inspection, the Design Team submits punch issues directly on Construction Punch, using the Design Team Punch module.

Construction Management gets up to the minute punch status reports immediately after inspection; (not weeks after the paperwork is processed) and more quickly addresses the issues.

The Design Team and the CM interactively update status until all issues "Pass" inspection, and the project is closed and turned over to the Owner.
